The Association of Puntland Universities (APU), established in 2024, has committed to playing a pivotal role in the advancement of the higher education sector within Puntland. This conference builds upon recent discussions within the education sector, including a two-day education review conference concluded by the Puntland Education Minister, which highlighted existing gaps in higher education.
The APU’s initiative underscores a concerted effort to address these challenges through research-driven solutions and collaborative engagement among Puntland’s universities.
